Nexlium ("Nexlium", "we", "us", "our") is the developer and publisher of Spatial Piano, a mixed-reality piano learning application distributed on the Meta Horizon Store for Meta Quest devices. Nexlium is located in Pakistan and is the entity responsible for the user data described in this policy.

This policy applies to the Spatial Piano application, to any in-app purchases and downloadable content offered within it, and to any related services, games or software we publish on the Meta Horizon platform. It also covers our website where that website relates to these applications.
When you launch Spatial Piano, the application uses the Meta Platform SDK. Through it, Meta makes the following user data available to us. This is data about you or your device that we obtain from Meta, not data you type into the app.

Spatial Piano is a mixed-reality application. In order to work at all, it uses the following device capabilities. All of this is processed locally on your Meta Quest headset in real time and is discarded as soon as it has been used to render the current frame.
The following is written to the application's private storage area on your Quest device so your progress is not lost between sessions:
This data stays on your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the application or clear its data from the Meta Quest system settings.

We do not use your data for advertising, for profiling, for building marketing lists, or for any purpose unrelated to operating the application. We do not sell user data, and we do not share user data with data brokers.
Nexlium does not share your user data with third parties, advertisers, analytics vendors or data processors. The only party involved is Meta Platforms, which operates the Meta Horizon Store, provides the Platform SDK, and processes all payments for in-app purchases. Meta's handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a valid legal process. We have not provided personal data to public authorities in response to national security requests.
Meta user data received through the Platform SDK is held in memory only for the duration of your session and is not retained afterwards. Locally stored progress and settings are retained on your device until you delete them, reset them in the app, or uninstall the application. Any support correspondence you send us by email is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

You can also revoke the application's access to your Meta data at any time from the Meta Horizon mobile app or from your Quest device settings. To delete data held by Meta itself, use the controls in your Meta account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Because Nexlium does not maintain servers holding your personal data, most of these rights are exercised directly through the on-device controls above. For anything else, contact info@nexlium.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you, namely providing the application and the content you have purchased, and our legitimate interest in keeping the application working correctly and secure.
Spatial Piano is not directed at children under 10, and users under 10 are not permitted on the Meta Horizon platform. We use Meta's age group signal to provide an age-appropriate experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@nexlium.com and we will delete it.
Because Spatial Piano processes user data on your device rather than on our servers, the attack surface is deliberately small. Application data is stored in the app's private sandbox on the Quest, protected by the operating system. All communication with Meta's platform services uses encrypted connections provided by the Meta Platform SDK. Access to our developer accounts is restricted to authorised Nexlium personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
Nexlium is based in Pakistan. Because user data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us, we do not carry out international transfers of your personal data. Any data you send us by email is received in Pakistan.
We may update this policy as the application changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we process user data will be announced in the app or on the Spatial Piano store listing. We retain copies of all previous versions of this policy.
